Happening.
1. Joel Johnson from Kotaku.com just e-mailed me, after being referred by Tycho. A referral based entirely on my fancy talkin’. Mom and dad always said being a grammarian and linguist would pay off, and they were goddamned fuckin’-A right on. I e-mailed Johnson back today asking about pay, frequency of posting required, that sort of thing.
2. I e-mailed the WotC director in response to her request for more samples over the weekend, and am waiting to hear back.
3. Submitted some pics and a resume to Dragon Talent a week or so ago, and haven’t heard back. I’m guessing I am not edgy enough.
4. After quoting $70 per page for a full-color digital painting for the little production company in LA, I have heard nothing back. Cheapskates.
5. I invited a million people to our birthday party this weekend (the 28th) and have heard almost nothing back from anyone, either confirm/deny.
6. Still waiting to hear back from Eternal Love about design position. I will send a nudge tomorrow.
7. Still working on UnMet stuff.
8. Photoshoot on Saturday with Angel went well. I already tore up the heel of the new stilettos I wore. It never ceases to amaze me how fast I ruin clothes.
